Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the products you received, you can return them to us within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and saleable condition. The products must be unopened. Please note: because these are hygienic products, we cannot accept opened products for return, with the exception of the Easy Stick & Blend Kit, for which we offer a not satisfied = money back guarantee!

Once returned and accepted, you are entitled to a full refund, which does not include the cost of return shipping.

Returns Policy and Guidelines:

• Returned items must be sent back within 30 days of receipt. We cannot accept returns after this period.
• All returned items must be unused and unopened. With the exception of the Easy Stick & Blend Kit.
• We are not responsible for the cost of returning the items. 
• Please ensure the returns form is approved - failure to approve may result in your return not being processed.
• Please ensure that all returned items are properly packaged so that they are not damaged during shipping.
• Please ensure all return packages are sent using a trackable, insured service as we cannot accept responsibility for items damaged or lost during return transit.
