Where is my order?

• In the email with the order confirmation you will find a Track&Trace number. With the Track&Trace link in the email you can follow the status of your order.
• For the Netherlands: If your payment is completed before 23:00 on working days, you will receive your package the next day.
  For Belgium: If your payment is completed on working days before 20:30, you will receive your package the next day. If your package does not arrive within the regular delivery time, please contact us in time. We can only start an investigation with the post office within 2 weeks after the original delivery date.

When will I receive my order if I order on Saturday or Sunday? Orders placed and paid for on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Shipping costs and delivery times
For the Netherlands: If you place your order before 11:00 PM on Monday to Friday, it will be shipped the same day.

For Belgium: Place your order Monday to Friday before 8:30 PM and we will ship it the same day.

Track your order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. This email contains a link to track your package. Didn't receive an email or is it not traceable? In that case, please contact our customer service info@marblcosmetics.com.
